Bergerac offers Bordeaux-like wines, and can be excellent value. This example, made from Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle has an enticing aroma of tinned peaches and cream. On the palate, the stone fruit is accompanied by a citrus freshness and balancing acidity. Drink with goats cheese for a simple yet delightful pairing.
