Tomi No Oka Winery, Koshu 2015
Apple, pear and subtle spice aromas lead into a palate of lemon and green apple fruits that are accompanied by notes of mandarin and a fresh acidity. It develops a creamy body on the finish, from time spent in barrel, filling the wine out nicely. The clean acidity cuts through and cleanses the palate. Delicious.
