Hess, Collection Chardonnay 2015
Hess use massal selection in the Su’skol vineyard to encourage aromatic complexity from the nine different Chardonnay clones. This is a delightfully fresh and well balanced wine, with a nose of tropical fruit and pear. The palate is rich, with really well-integrated creamy oak. Lovely weight and balance between the fresh acidity and the richer oak qualities, with a refreshing, zippy finish.
