Lagar de Cervera, Albariño 2015
This winery, owned by La Rioja Alta, produces some of the best Albariño in the region. Using less malo than the 2014 allows the classic mineral character to shine, alongside some really exotic stone fruit and tropical fruit flavours. A fresh acid streak runs through the wine, giving it balance and purpose. Delightful.
