Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

 Lively apricot nose has plenty of zest. Fresh attack, forthright, even assertive, with ample acidity and concentration. This has some mineral bite too and a tangy finish. Vivacious rather than profound, but this is fruity, stylish, and quite long.

 Salty sea nose, some acid, some volume, lacks a little definition at this stage but quite promising, some minerality.

Light lemon pale, floral nose, quite firm and even a slight steely element, good clarity and length, good wine, lively lifted St. Aubin.
