Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

Muted lime nose. Quite rich and suave, with concentrated fruit and plenty of underlying acidity. Not very expressive now, but should open up with a bit more bottle age. Good length and extract.

Jason Haynes

Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

Could be cleaner. Not convinced by the finish. Bit simple and easy.

Steven Spurrier

Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

Bright lemon yellow, lifted white fruits on the nose, quite high acidity but good natural fruit and length and elegance, a classy wine.
