Tasting: UK Sparkling

Tasty, esoteric nose with saline, savoury notes. Good pithy grip on the palate, and still very youthful. Seems to have great potential for bottle maturation.

Lemon gold. Slightly larger bubbles. reductive hints in the winemaking here.. This wine lacks the charm of some of the others, but may be a little more serious, and ageable. The acidity is more marked

Slightly neutral nose. Not much in the way of yeast evident here. Palate is mid-length, finishing a bit short for greatness. A very good all-round wine.
