Manufacturer:

Camel Valley

Richard Hemming

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Ripe, peachy fruit. Simple and enjoyable, very nicely constructed, everything in balance. Modest length but there isn’t a great deal of complexity to speak of.

Justin Howard-Sneyd

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Mid green gold. Fresh, aromatic nose. Beautifully balanced, with some delicate pear and peach fruit, and nice dosage balancing. Well made, refreshing and highly drinkable

Stephen Skelton

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Neutral on nose, fresh fruit if anything. On the palate, the relatively high dosage against the lower acidity backdrop, creates an impression of a high dosage level. Could this be 18 g/l or more?
