Tasting: Soave

Dullish straw yellow. Strong almond note and herbs on the nose. Starts off fruity on the palate, then acidic and tart. Lacks fruit, short, and with finishing bitterness.

Pale lemon gold.Full with woody notes, creamy and nutty with slightly subdued peachy aromas. Quite rich. big, round and full with sweet creamy fruit. some complexity of flavour and subtle woody notes to finish. Leesy quality – ripe and full-flavoured.

Light golden colour. Rather indistinct nose with a somewhat earthy character. Bitter fruit. Leaden character. Lacks finesse.
