Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir

A faint herbaceous note, but otherwise lifted and pure, with a maritime sweetness to it. Smooth, lively and fresh; deft and dapper. Not very concentrated or challenging, but stylistically well-managed.

Violets and rose buds followed by frais de bois on the palate. Rich in fruit but loosing the freshness.

Complex and pronounced savoury notes on the nose. Ripe cherries and vanilla on the palate with long juicy aftertaste. Big and bold.
