Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir

Deep, soupy, slightly cough mixture-like in both aroma and flavour. An aesthetic muddle for me. Lacks precision or fragrance.

Deep intense nose. Savoury and spicy on the palate. Very spicy, good structure, with some very delicate olives and rich vine tomatoes evolving.

Pronounced raspberries and strawberries on the nose with hint of a savoury/tarry note. Full bodied with spiky acidity, round tannins and long, raspberry-like aftertaste.
