Toasty mocha nose, with some intense dark fruit liquor, flavors bounce around on the palate, a multi-layered explosion of very balanced fruit, well structured, good balance and some flavours of roasted lamb juices coming through.

Medium deep, creamy, polished nose, new vanilla oak. Elegantly structured, serious depth of flavour, high quality oak, still young. Needs time for oak to settle & integrate.

Medium intense ruby, quite liquorice spicy on the nose, mostly from oak vanilla, quite chunky slightly drying tannins behind the dark berry fruits still very tightly wound, with tannins that need to settle and soften down.
