Ripe lemon and lemon zest aromas with savoury hints. Textured palate thanks to subtle oak use, with good depth of flavour, underpinned by brisk acidity. Citrus, toasty notes, a touch of salinity, that linger on the finish. Equally happy on its own or with food.
