Grapes from a 70-year-old vineyard in Paraje Altamira, planted at 1,100m, and precise winemaking – 85% of the must is fermented in stainless steel and the rest is kept in new French oak for six months – give a wine with depth of flavour and aromatic complexity. Fragrant nose of lime, lemon, peach and green apple. The palate is crisp, fresh and focused: ripe lemon and grapefruit citrus, with a touch of flintiness.
