Stephanie Toole's Rieslings normally take centre stage, but this Semillon is a glorious drop. It is fermented and aged for nine months in new and old French barriques, with some lees stirring to give creamy spice and structure to the savoury green fig, hay and lime curd notes. Supple and silky.
