Drinking Window: 2017 - 2022
Dark and seductive on the nose, with demerara sugar, molasses, liquorice and clove. Quite lean and savoury on the palate, without the necessary purity of flavour to pull it off. The fruit is restrained by reductive notes and chunky, joyless tannins.
