A lively sparkling rosé from Mittelburgenland using the Blaufränkisch grape. Confected peach and smokey strawberry on the nose. An outburst of strawberry jam, redberry candy and canned red cherry, leads to a pinch of white pepper on the finish. Juicy sweetness on the palate, with decent acidity to refresh. Cheerful and quaffable, with just a touch of peppery tannin.
