For those who like ticking off unusual grape varieties, this is blended with 40% Chenançon, a cross between Jurançon Noir and Grenache. It's rustic (in a good way), boasting earthy, tarry notes, juicy cherry and raspberry compote, and a dusting of cocoa powder.
