Domaine Gayda, Figure Libre, Indication Géographique

Created to show the diversity of Languedoc grapes and terroirs, this cuvée is mainly Grenache Blanc and Gris with Maccabeu and Marsanne, plus a dash of Roussanne and Chenin Blanc. Weighty and concentrated, it sings of ripe apples and sweet spice, and has subtle buttery notes on the finish.
