A beautifully complex Beaune with a gamey nose of boiled cherry, dried hawthorn and strawberry. This wine hasn't seen any oak. Juicy sour cherry on the palate with earthy, fine-grained tannins. Bacon, smoky prunes and dried tea on the mid-palate, with tasty red berries on the long finish.
