Often overlooked in favour of Sauvignon from the Loire or New Zealand, white Bordeaux is a bit of a hidden gem. This is really fresh, zesty and grassy, with a slightly waxy, vinyl note accompanied by a honey and stone fruit fullness, finishing with the crisp, clean Sauvignon citrus freshness. A great match for fish. Excellent value
