Soft nose, aromatic but not so expressive, more delicate and nuanced with some dried flowers, plums, cherries, and perfumed notes. SHarp acidity, so high, and tangy fruit, this has lift and brightness straight away, more linear and straight than the one before, good direction and push, but a bit more severe in terms of tanning expression, not yet widened. You feel the limestone minerality more on this wine, chalky and grippy, wet stone, pencil graphite. I like it, but you'd need to like super fresh wines. This is a bit strict. White soil. Organic since 2021. A blend of 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged one year in barrels.
