The Paquet family have run this Mâconnais domaine since 1980 and today farm 11ha with minimal intervention, 8ha of which are in St-Véran. This example from 30-year-old vines sees nine months in oak, giving creamy, nutty notes and soft spice to the yellow apple fruit, backed by tangy grapefruit acidity.
