Made in the traditional method, this sparkler is a blend of Pinot Noir (40%), Chardonnay (30%), Gamay (20%) and Aligoté (10%). Biscuity and toasty aromas with notes of apricot and wet stone. The same delicious toastiness on the palate, along with ripe citrus and candied peel, all underpinned by crisp acidity. A great-value alternative to Champagne.
