From a winery that has made crémants since the 1840s, this is a 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay blend matured for 24 months on lees. Toasty orchard fruit aromas continue on a dry, creamy palate with fine mousse, yeasty complexity and pineapple finish.
