Heavy weight aside, this is a lovely bottle – both inside and out – that would be welcome gift or to grace the dinner table. A Shiraz-led blend, it exudes dark fruited power with wafts of garrigue and black pepper. Brisk acidity and firm tannins will see it age well too.
