Jean-Benoît Cavalier founded this winery in 1984, but the now 84ha of vineyards (certified organic since 2009 and biodynamic since 2018) have seen 15 generations. This is a lovely Cinsault-Grenache-Syrah blend: wild strawberries, sappy fruit tannins and fresh herb perfume through the long finish.
