The leading estate in the Menetou-Salon AC, situated to the west of Sancerre. The 40ha are planted on limestone-clay soils which are rich in marine fossils. Purity and vibrancy are very evident in this Sauvignon Blanc, which is slightly richer than most Sancerre.
