Sainsbury's, Taste the Difference Coteaux du Giennois, 2020

New to the Sainsbury's wine range for autumn/winter 2021. This Sauvignon Blanc comes from the chalky hillsides of Coteaux du Giennois in the Loire, north of the more famous Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé appellations. The fresh, aromatic nose lead to a textured palate with herbal notes, bright citrus, minerality, crisp acidity and creaminess from eight months on lees.
