Le Clos du Caillou, Le Nature, Côtes du Rhône, 2016

Blueberry fruit aromas with a distinctly savoury, resinous herbal note and a touch of bay leaf. Medium-bodied, it's very fresh with good density of savoury fruit in a textural, highly drinkable style. It has chiselled tannins and good acidity on the finish, which balance the fruits. This is their cuvée with no added sulphur; it's clean and successfully realised.
