Made by the Cave de Tain cooperative, this delicious Crozes-Hermitage is classic northern Rhône Syrah: crispy bacon and red and black fruits give a juicy mouthful, helped along by good acidity. It tightens up on the finish with some chalky grip, accompanied by some peppery spice. Perfect with roast meats.
