Such a well crafted wine that makes the best of a great vintage when others failed to balance power and poise. None of that here with intense red cherry, red plum and cranberry wrapped around an earthy core. Firm rounded tannins and enticing minerality provide an elegant structure. The use of oak is so subtle and well managed.
