Fermented in barrels and aged for 5 months on fine lees with batonnage, followed by another three months in tank. This dry Furmint from the Birsalmás vineyard has a rich, honeyed nose of lanolin and mint tea with an undertone of yellow fruits. Textured on the palate with dried yellow fruits, lime peel and a nutty hint leading to a long finish.
