A collaboration between chef Gordon Ramsay and winemaker Alberto Antonini, this white adds 25% Tuscan Vermentino to Abruzzo fruit (40% Chardonnay, 20% Trebbiano, 15% Pecorino), giving bright lemon, herb and apple aromas and a light, fresh palate. A herbal style with plenty of juicy apple and pear followed by pithy grapefruit.
