Nino' remembers well the history of Rossese di Dolceacqua (AKA Tibouren), as he was the first to produce it, on his two hectares of old vineyards. With 60 harvests under his belt, he possesses the wisdom of a true vigneron. Crafted with native yeasts and stalks, crushed barefoot and aged in old oak casks, this is proudly traditional, full, dynamic and mutable, with an exciting tanginess that entices you to drink on.
