Such a crystalline Chardonnay, with transparent flavours of lemon peel, yellow apple and white peach. A true alpine quality to its purity and freshness, with a deep minerality, not unlike a great Chablis. Precise yet round, it is elegant and poised but also so approachable and altogether enjoyable.
