Fagher is sourced from 20-year-old vines grown on limestone and clay soil in San Pietro di Feletto. A bright peardrop nose leads to a tight steel-and-mineral palate full of juicy pear with a subtle dash of peach. There’s a touch of prickly spice on the long, balanced and fresh finish. Delicious!

One for Prosecco haters, this brut iteration of the ubiquitous Italian fizz surprises for its chiselled structure and zesty lift. Pear peel, clementine, lime zest, wild fennel and aniseed mingle on the palate, carried by lively acidity. A hint of mineral freshness adds elegance and nuance. Makes for an alluring, sophisticated aperitif but will also pair well with seafood, risotto or poultry.
