A sweeter expression compared to the Contragranda Brut, the Extra Dry features a bolder nose of white flowers and peach, with some apple and lemon too. Intense and juicy but with a steely backbone, there's plenty of flesh here. Some white pepper notes emerge alongside peach, pear and apple, while mouth-tingling acidity keeps it deliciously fresh and vibrant.
