From Rive di Ogliano (hence 'RDO'), this vintage Brut Prosecco has a focused mineral character. Hints of apricot skin, white flowers and apple lead to pithy, waxy flavours with some nutty, appley, yellow plum and floral inflections. Fresh acidity and well integrated mousse keep things lively without being too upfront, while a long apricot skin finish reveals some spice.
