More associated with red production, Lebanese whites are made possible by high elevation viticulture, with Ksara's vineyards in the Bekaa valley having an average altitude of 1000 meters. An interesting blend of Sauvignon, Semillon and Chardonnay, this has a really appealing grassy freshness on the nose. Barrel influence is apparent on the palate with a rounded mouthfeel and touches of cedar, cut through nicely with zippy acidity.
