Drinking Window: 2017 - 2020
Pungent and engaging with fresh herbs, grassy notes, subtle elderflower and a hint of honey. Tight and precise, with pineapple and tropical fruits, and plenty of acidity. Lacks varietal character but has good weight and mouthfeel.
