Very unusual: a blanc de noir made mainly from Sangiovese, blended with the native Portuguese grape Arinto. Layered palate: clean, crisp, mouthwatering citrus notes are interwoven with richer peach, creamy vanilla, zingy lime and a seam of salinity. Gastronomic and textured, but still with super freshness - would pair with anything from a creamy risotto to fresh seafood and salads.
