An evolved savoury nose, with woody notes, nuts, roasted peaches, a touch of caramel. The intense palate unfurls in layers of flavour supported by crisp acidity: nuts, peach jam, orange marmalade, toffee, spices, lemon and lime citrus, with a warming toastiness. Lovely long, lingering finish.
