Dani Landi and Fernando García have done more than anyone to transform the fortunes of central Spain’s Sierra de Gredos, investing so much of their energy into its abandoned and semi-abandoned old vineyard plots. It’s thanks to them that we have witnessed the stratospheric rise of Pinot-esque Gredos Garnacha.
