Entre Vinyes, Oniric Rosat, Penedès, Spain 2021

Peachy salmon pink and very slightly cloudy, this organic rosé is made mainly from old vine Grenache and a bit of Trepat from Penedès. A delicious mouthful of freshly sliced pears, juicy apricots, delicate blossom, and zesty lemon and grapefruit. It balances juicy, tart cranberry notes with some lean, mineral characters, and is a touch spritzy with a grippy grapefruit pith finish.
