Creamy lemon sherbet and buttered biscuit with a pinch of sweet spices on the nose. Rich brioche and hazelnuts on the palate with plenty of complexity and depth. Honeyed yellow fruits are seasoned with a pinch of earthiness. Long and profound with crushed almonds on the finish. The grapes come from the estate's single estate vineyard in Eridge, East Sussex.
