Savoury crackers open up to red apple, red cherry and a touch of dried rose petals on the nose. The 2017 vintage has spent a minimum of 36 months in bottle. Rounded and textured on the palate, with brioche, bitter tangerine peel, sweet-spiced red apple tart and walnut. Red apple peel and nutty notes linger on.
