An unconventional and surprising blend delivering blackberry fields filled with red roses, sandalwood and sour cherry on the nose. A relaxed and expressive layer of candied red apple and zippy finish complete this blend. Great for BBQ ribs or chicken teriyaki skewers. A former Aeronautical student, Matthew Iaconis was bit with the wine bug, so he completed a degree in winemaking and his career has led him to various positions. In 2011, alongside his wife Alexis, he launched Brick and Mortar, which is now an established and serious Chardonnay and Pinot Noir producer. Recently they dipped into the canned wine world with great success, almost immediately selling out of their inaugural release.
