Museion’s Sauvignon Blanc is bright, vivid, and focused, with lovely depth of pure, clean flavours on both the nose and palate. Medium-bodied, it offers crisp, zesty grapefruit and saline-tinged acidity, while a host of creamy citrus fruits mingle with ripe orchard fruit, nuanced by honeycomb.
