Phelps Creek Vineyards, Cuvée Alexandrine, Columbia Gorge

Pretty, strawberry jam components within a fairly savoury nose overall. Rich, spicy and powerful, with good acidity too. Very rich and sumptuous in a hefty style with little finesse but considerable power.
